1. Scope
DSG Ads Integration is an internal business integration used to connect advertising, analytics, and reporting data with company dashboards and operational workflows. This application is intended for authorized business use only.
2. Information We Process
- Meta business account identifiers and connected ad account information.
- Meta campaign, ad set, ad, creative names, IDs, statuses, and performance metrics.
- Google Ads API data including customer account IDs, campaigns, ad groups, ads, cost, conversions, and performance metrics.
- Google Analytics API data including property, traffic, event, transaction, and reporting information.
- Authentication and integration data required to access Meta and Google APIs.
- Technical logs needed for diagnostics, synchronization, and service continuity.
3. OAuth Credentials and Secure Storage
OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens used for Google integrations are stored in a controlled manner and used only to maintain authorized API access for business reporting and synchronization workflows.
4. How We Use Information
- To authenticate requests and maintain integrations with Meta, Google Ads, and Google Analytics services.
- To fetch, display, aggregate, and report campaign, advertising, analytics, and business performance data.
- To support internal company reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, operational workflows, and service improvement.
- To comply with applicable legal and contractual obligations.
5. Sharing and Restricted Use
Information is not sold or rented. Data may be shared only with infrastructure or service providers acting on behalf of DSG, or when disclosure is required by law.
Google user data is not sold and is not transferred to third parties for advertising purposes.
6. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as necessary to operate the integration, produce reports, resolve operational issues, and satisfy legal or audit requirements.
7. Disconnecting Google Access
Authorized users may request removal of a connected Google account or revocation of related integration access by contacting mert.nokay@dsg.com.tr.
8. User Rights
Authorized users may request access, correction, or deletion of applicable data by contacting mert.nokay@dsg.com.tr.
9. Data Deletion Instructions
If you want data associated with DSG Ads Integration to be deleted, send a request to mert.nokay@dsg.com.tr with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include the following details in your request:
- Your company or business name.
- Your Meta ad account ID, Google Ads customer ID, Google Analytics property, or related business identifier.
- A short description of the deletion request.
- Contact details for follow-up verification if needed.
Verified requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period in line with operational and legal requirements.
